scavengers flee their homes to brooklyn's flea market!

chelsea's notorious flea markets have been slowly disappearing with the development and boom of the chelsea neighborhood. frustrated scavengers are now having to take the train down to brooklyn to find their hidden gems.



today launched the opening day of brooklyn's neighborhood flea market! after a long and brutal new york winter, patrons escape from hibernation in hope of some of the best flea market finds. 170 vendors set up shop and catered to tens of thousands consumers. fast becoming one of the nation's most tempting flea markets, weather was not about to stop the brave new yorkers; brutal winds and cold weather made it a less enjoyable shopping experience for all.

gossip girl returns with an all new racy trailer and ad campaign. the new ad is clearly focused that you are about to enter a season of sex. the new campaign has been receiving a lot of stiff and negative press for its portrayal of teenage sex, especially since one of the lead cast members, taylor momsen, is only 14.

appropriate or not, we like it ... anything to see chace and blake with a little less clothes on.

at the 2007 commerical wine competition, Shaw's 2005 chardonnay won best in show and scored a 98... incredible! winos flocked Trader Joe's and bought the store out of their chardonnay.

polygamist ranch raided!

only in Texas! everything is bigger there, families and all.

137 children were removed from a Texas polygamy ranch.



last Thursday police raided a polygamist ranch in Texas. apparently this ranch has been running for quite some time and it was all cool because it was religion and all. turns out to be not so cool. after a 16 year old mother reached out with secret phone calls to a local shelter, authorities finally obtained a search warrant to raid the ranch.



the girl was forced sex at the age of 15 with a 49 year old man, in which she married. the girl said her husband would force her to have sex by choking and beating her until she gave in, while onlookers held her baby nearby.

it appears she contemplated running away, but stayed close in fear of losing her baby. as her younger sister approached the age of 15, she began seeking outside help to ensure that her sister didn't follow the same path.

brave little one who did a really, really good deed. job well done. that wasn't cool.

The pair first kindled this romance at Tao's Super Bowl party and proceeded to a friend's hotel room where LC kicked off her Christian Louboutins for that boy... yummy!

Audrina also had her fair share of play at the Super Bowl... As PageSix reported, Entourage's Kevin Connolly has been all about her. The two were all about the canoodling at Playboy's party and exchanged continuous conversation. However, looks like holding hands is all Audrina was up for. After being denied just a few times from desperate date requests, it appears and rumored that Kevin has FINALLY given up. It kills me because he is such a nice guy... and has this naive innocent persona. Poor boy...
